Seller and scope

The seller is Jack Jones, trading as Amber & Still, a sole trader, at 46 Park Avenue, Barking, IG11 8QU, United Kingdom. Company registration number: not applicable. Not VAT-registered. Email: hello@amberandstill.co.uk (Monday–Sunday, 8am–8pm, UK time). These terms cover UK consumer purchases.

Browsing the website does not by itself mean you agree to a purchase contract or give consent to optional data processing. Nothing in these terms removes statutory consumer rights.

The lamp and its price

The Cordless Oval Lamp is an open oval LED lamp with a clear faceted crystal-effect acrylic shade (not real crystal or glass) and a gold-tone metal base with a non-slip underside. A button on the base changes between warm, neutral and cool white light; press and hold to dim. It is USB-C rechargeable with a built-in battery, and a USB-C charging cable is included. Up to 12 hours of cordless light per full charge. Battery life varies with brightness and use. Approximate size: 26 cm high, 12.5 cm wide, 9.5 cm base diameter.

Use indoors on a stable, dry surface. Photographs illustrate placement and light appearance; screen rendering and lighting can affect colour.

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). The live Shopify price and the final order summary at checkout are authoritative. Jack Jones, trading as Amber & Still is not VAT-registered and has no VAT number.

Standard UK delivery is free, with no minimum order.

Reviewing and paying for an order

Add the lamp to your bag, review its finish, quantity and subtotal, and correct the quantity or remove the item before continuing. Shopify Checkout collects delivery and contact details and shows available payment and delivery options.

Review and correct your details, item quantities and final total before using Shopify’s payment/order button. Payment information is entered on Shopify Checkout, not in a payment form on this storefront.

Draft: the exact contract-acceptance point and order acknowledgement/acceptance wording must be confirmed before launch. This page does not invent an acceptance rule or imply that a payment acknowledgement alone necessarily confirms acceptance.

Delivery, cancellation and problems

Standard UK delivery is free, with no minimum order. Estimated delivery: 1–4 working days — the estimated total time from order to receipt, not a guaranteed date. Tracking details provided.

Cancellation notices go to hello@amberandstill.co.uk; goods are returned to 5 Convent Court, Hull, HU5 2UJ, United Kingdom. For change-of-mind returns, you arrange and pay for return postage using a carrier of your choice. We cover reasonable return costs for valid faulty, damaged or not-as-described goods.

Mandatory consumer protections apply. No term here requires exclusive proceedings in a particular court or prevents you from using the courts available to you under applicable law.
