Where we deliver and what it costs

We deliver to addresses across the United Kingdom.

Standard UK delivery is free, with no minimum order.

Your delivery option is shown at checkout before you pay.

Estimated delivery

Estimated delivery: 1–4 working days.

1–4 working days is the estimated total time from placing your order to receiving it — not a dispatch time plus additional transit. It is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date.

Tracking details provided. Once your order is on its way, you will receive tracking details.

Unless you agree a different time, goods must be delivered without undue delay and within 30 days of the contract being made. This legal default is not our delivery estimate. Delivery arrangements do not remove your consumer rights.

If something goes wrong

If an order is late, missing or arrives damaged, contact us at hello@amberandstill.co.uk with your order number and what happened. You can also write to the seller at the address on our Contact page.

We remain responsible for goods until they come into your physical possession, or that of a person you nominate, subject to the statutory exception where you commission a carrier not offered by us. You are not required to resolve our delivery provider’s problem yourself.

If an agreed essential delivery deadline is missed, you may be entitled to end the contract. Otherwise, you may usually set an appropriate additional delivery period and end the contract if it is still not met. Your statutory remedies remain available.
